Senior Accounting Manager/Director - Foundry

Foundry is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager/Director to lead the North America controllership function, focusing on financial cycles, reporting, and compliance.

FoundryCo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager/Director to lead our North America controllership function.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the financial cycle across the Americas, from close and consolidation through reporting, controls, and compliance.

## What you'll do

• •Own all Americas controllership activities, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, treasury, and cash management
• •Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including global consolidation
• •Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages
• •Partner with FP&A to support variance analysis and performance insights
• •Ensure compliance with U.S.

GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

• •Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• •Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and complex transactions
• •Lead external audits end-to-end, ensuring audit readiness and minimal disruption
• •Maintain high-quality documentation and continuously strengthen internal controls
• •Drive ERP and accounting system initiatives (e.g., D365), including process design and adoption
• •Identify and implement opportunities to improve close timelines, automation, and scalability
• •Build, mentor, and develop the North America accounting team
• •Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• •Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations to drive alignment and execution
• •Support or lead ad hoc accounting and finance initiatives

• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred (MBA a plus)
• •8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and industry
• •Strong technical expertise in U.S.

GAAP and financial reporting

• •Experience managing multi-entity or global close processes, including multi-currency environments
• •Proven ability to drive process improvements and scale accounting operations
• •Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
