Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขLead planning and execution of large-scale activations (events, roadshows, caravans, conferences)
  • โ€ขManage end-to-end delivery: concept โ†’ vendor coordination โ†’ on-ground execution โ†’ post-event reporting
  • โ€ขIdentify high-impact opportunities
  • โ€ขWork closely with marketing to integrate OOH placements (billboards, transit ads, lightboxes) with on-ground activations
  • โ€ขEnsure consistency across offline touchpoints
  • โ€ขDesign and scale university / campus programs (ambassadors, workshops, tours)
  • โ€ขBuild relationships with student orgs, academic institutions, and youth communities
  • โ€ขTranslate campus engagement into measurable user acquisition and activation
  • โ€ขManage external partners (event organizers, agencies, vendors, LGUs)
  • โ€ขCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Compliance teams
  • โ€ขDefine KPIs for offline campaigns (foot traffic, signups, activation rate)
  • โ€ขAnalyze performance and continuously optimize activation strategy

Requirements

  • โ€ขExperience working with youth communities / campus programs is a strong plus
