## What you'll do

• •Identify and prioritize high-conversion activation zones.
• •Design and execute scalable activation playbooks.
• •Plan and deploy field teams to maximize conversion.
• •Track key metrics and optimize deployment strategy.
• •Manage activation agencies and vendors.
• •Collaborate with Product, CRM, Community, and Marketing teams.

• •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• •5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to ground activation.
• •Proven experience managing large-scale deployments.
• •Understanding of conversion funnels and performance optimization.
• •Experience managing vendors/agencies.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Preferably experience in fintech, telco, e-wallet, or crypto.
• •Familiarity with referral systems and growth loops.
• •Strong analytical skills.
