What you'll do
As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will:
- •Attract new webmasters.
- •Develop and retain current partners.
- •Manage offers and traffic sources in Gambling/Dating.
- •Negotiate terms and conditions.
- •Control traffic quality and key metrics.
- •Participate in conferences and networking.
- •Achieve revenue targets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- •2+ years in CPA networks/affiliate marketing.
- •Active base of webmasters.
- •Experience with trackers: HasOffers, Cake, Everflow, Binom.
- •Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL models.
- •Experience in Gambling and/or Dating.
- •Fraud monitoring skills.
- •Experience with various geos and traffic sources.
- •Strong negotiation skills.
- •English B2+ level.
