Join 10arx as a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build an AI Market Intelligence system for prediction markets.

Work remotely with full ownership and collaborate directly with the CTO.

10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi.

We are in the early stages with a small, fast-paced team.

## What you'll do

• •Develop AI Market Intelligence systems with routing, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• •Break down scenarios into separate pipelines.
• •Compare approaches and choose based on data.
• •Implement eval frameworks, tracing, and logging.
• •Integrate external data sources.

## Conditions

• •Full ownership of AI/Market Intelligence direction.

• •6+ years of development experience, 2+ years with LLM in production.
• •Proficiency in Python, RAG, orchestration, agent systems, vector DB.
• •Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar.
• •AI observability tools like Langfuse.
• •Experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, trading, or prediction markets.
• •Startup experience, building from scratch.
• •Daily use of AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude.
