Responsibilities

  • โ€ขPartner closely with designers and product leaders to ship lovable experiences.
  • โ€ขJoin a team of experienced product engineers within one of our Mercury product groups such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk.

Conditions

  • โ€ขCompetitive base salary and equity (stock options/RSUs).
  • โ€ขSalary ranges for US employees: $166,600 - $208,300.
  • โ€ขSalary ranges for Canadian employees: CAD 157,400 - 196,800.

Requirements

  • โ€ข3-7 years of backend development experience.
  • โ€ขKnowledge of or excitement to learn Haskell, and proficiency in SQL.
  • โ€ขEmpathizes with users and can channel their perspective to build lovable products.
  • โ€ขHas made architectural decisions in the past and measured the impact of those decisions over time.
  • โ€ขAble to clearly articulate technical opinions and lay out tradeoffs.
  • โ€ขActively incorporates AI tools into their workflow.
