What you'll do
- •Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and BD-led community initiatives
- •Identify, approach, and close relationships with high-impact KOLs — crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators with proven conversion track records
- •Leverage your existing network to accelerate onboarding: bring in fellow BDs, KOLs, and partners you've already built trust with
- •Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies, adapting global BD playbooks to local market dynamics
- •Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and in key community channels
- •Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to structure competitive partnership terms
