## What you'll do

  • Supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of BC/DR procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Assisting with impact assessments, plan creation, testing, training, and awareness initiatives across departments.
  • Tracking and reporting on program metrics to measure resilience effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and up-to-date recovery procedures.
  • Managing central documentation repositories (plans, test results, contact lists, etc.).
  • Assisting with compliance audits and certification activities (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
  • Contributing to cross-functional improvements and participating in sessions to drive operational continuity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, business continuity, or a related operations or governance field.
  • Experience reviewing third-party vendors for company onboarding.
  • Understanding of risk and control concepts, including mitigation and measurement.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in small team settings and deliver results independently with guidance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
  • Trustworthy, accountable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

**Nice-to-haves**

  • Experience with BC software tools (e.g., Riskonnect).
  • Understanding of application or infrastructure architecture.
  • Exposure to cloud services (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) and how they impact recovery planning.
