Description
What you'll do
- •Lead and support key ecosystem partnerships to accelerate adoption of Babylon’s products.
- •Identify, source, and close strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and infrastructure providers.
- •Develop relationships with institutional Bitcoin holders, market makers, and crypto funds.
- •Expand Babylon’s presence across Asia and global crypto markets.
- •Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through integration and launch.
- •Structure partnership agreements including commercial terms, incentives, and go-to-market collaboration.
- •Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align partner integrations with Babylon’s roadmap.
- •Represent Babylon Labs at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings.
- •Maintain strong relationships with key players across the Bitcoin and DeFi ecosystems.
- •Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic initiatives for Babylon.
- •Collaborate closely with GTM, product, and engineering teams to prioritize integrations.
- •Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product strategy.
- •Help shape Babylon’s ecosystem growth strategy.

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth.
- •2+ years of experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.
- •Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- •Strong understanding and network in the crypto ecosystem, including custodians, DeFi protocols, and infrastructure providers.
- •Ability to build relationships with institutional partners and senior executives.
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
- •Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
