Description
What you'll do
- •Develop and implement compensation policies and processes
- •Conduct benchmarking and market analysis of rewards
- •Formulate salary recommendations based on data and internal equity
- •Maintain salary structures, pay bands, and incentive plans
- •Participate in compensation review and STI processes
- •Ensure compliance of reward programs with local requirements and internal standards
- •Conduct cost modeling and scenario analysis
- •Promote pay transparency and analyze pay equity
- •Create compensation & benefits dashboards for management
- •Manage global grading projects and job architecture framework
- •Conduct job evaluation and maintain unified grading standards
- •Advise managers on compensation and rewards
- •Interact with vendors and external partners on C&B matters

Requirements
- •Higher education in HR, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- •6+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or analytical HR/Finance roles
- •Experience with grading structures and job architecture frameworks
- •Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive plans
- •Experience building processes and policies from scratch
- •Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- •Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
- •Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- •Experience in an international environment is a plus
- •Experience with HiBob is a plus
