Requirements
- •5+ years of commercial development experience in C++ and Python.
- •Deep practical experience with Ceph architecture (at least one of the modules: RGW, RADOS, RBD, CephFS).
- •Excellent understanding of Linux internals: I/O subsystem, memory management, multithreading.
- •Practical familiarity with Kubernetes, Rook, and Ceph CSI.
- •Experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud-native projects.
- •Proficient in Git, GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
- •Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Optional Skills:
- •Public commits and contributions to open-source projects (especially in the Ceph ecosystem).
- •Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
- •Skills in performance profiling and storage benchmarking tools.
- •Understanding of object storage semantics, knowledge of S3 and Swift protocols.
