## What you'll do

• •Manage budgeting and cost control for benefits.
• •Analyze usage, trends, and provider reports.
• •Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts.
• •Launch and configure benefits in new countries.
• •Conduct benchmarking and develop Total Rewards strategy.
• •Administer benefits and resolve complex employee cases.
• •Ensure compliance with local requirements and reporting.
• •Describe and improve processes, implement automation.
