Senior Corporate Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to manage corporate, immigration, and operational law in Limassol, Cyprus.

• •Corporate governance (full cycle): registration, administration, liquidation of companies; conducting meetings, maintaining registers, preparing corporate files, and participating in audits.
• •Interaction with regulators: representing the company's interests in Cypriot government bodies (Registrar of Companies, Tax Office, Migration Department, etc.).
• •Migration support: full cycle of employee documentation in Cyprus (Pink Slip, BCS, Digital Nomad, family reunification); quota and compliance control.
• •Contract work: drafting and reviewing operational, payment, licensing, employment contracts, and NDAs.
• •Office infrastructure management: legal support for office leases, negotiations with landlords, contractors, and utility services.
• •Banking and KYC/AML: supporting compliance procedures, working with banks, payment systems, and service platforms.
• •Management assignments: operational resolution of legal and organizational tasks.

• •Assistance with migration.

• •Higher legal education (corporate/international law).
• •At least 5 years of experience in international IT, marketing, or iGaming companies.
• •Excellent knowledge of corporate, immigration, and tax law in Cyprus.
• •English — Upper-Intermediate+ (working proficiency), Russian — fluent. Knowledge of Greek is a big plus.
• •Multitasking skills, structured approach, autonomy in decision-making, and attention to detail.
