Senior Counsel, Regulatory and Licensing

Bitget is seeking a Senior Counsel for Regulatory and Licensing to manage licensing strategies, regulatory inquiries, and build relationships with regulators in a remote, full-time position.

## What you'll do

• •Plan and execute licensing strategies across key markets.
• •Handle regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement matters.
• •Build and maintain relationships with regulators.
• •Advise product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• •Operationalize new licenses from zero to one.

• •Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or similar.
• •Solid experience with licensing/authorizations and regulatory interactions.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
