What you’ll do
- •Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more).
- •Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances.
- •Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of.
- •Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns.
- •Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Who you are
- •Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus).
- •Familiarity with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and confidence using tools and adapting to new systems quickly.
- •Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- •Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment.
- •Fluent in English and German.
