Description

Responsibilities

  • Financial and business analytics for regions: operational P&L, unit economics analysis (CAC/CPA, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV, payback, contribution per user/segment), monthly and quarterly dashboards on profit, margin, MAU, and key funnels.
  • MAU, funnels, and product metrics: build and maintain funnels, show the impact of initiatives on MAU and revenue, monitor key product metrics, conduct post-analysis of launches, experiments, and incidents.
  • Support the Regional Director and planning: participate in budgeting and forecasting for countries, translate initiatives into numbers.
  • Marketing analytics and support for the marketing team lead: analyze acquisition channels, build and maintain dashboards, conduct post-analysis of campaigns and promotions.
  • Data, reporting, quality: set up and develop BI dashboards for regional KPIs, ensure data quality (check export accuracy, consistency of methodologies, unified metric dictionary for the region), automate regular reporting and minimize manual work in Excel/Sheets.
  • Ad-hoc and decision support: perform one-off analytical requests, conduct quick hypothesis checks, prepare numbers and visualizations for working meetings, presentations, and internal reporting.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (models, scenarios, pivot tables, visualization), experience with BI tools.
  • Experience in building and analyzing funnels, MAU/retention, CAC/CPA, LTV, and unit economics.
  • Understanding of P&L, margin, financial metrics (gross/operating margin, EBITDA) and the impact of marketing and product decisions on these indicators.
  • Strong business acumen: focus not on the report, but on the answer to what to do to grow MAU and margin.
  • Excellent communication: ability to explain complex numbers simply, defend positions based on data, write concise and clear summaries for management.
  • Proactivity, independence, ability to work in uncertainty and switch between regional tasks.
