Senior Data Scientist (NLP / LLM)

Seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in NLP and LLM, offering flexible work locations in Russia.

• •3+ years of experience in NLP/ML.
• •Proficient in Python, including typing, tests, and production code.
• •Experience with PyTorch and HuggingFace, fine-tuning transformers.
• •Knowledge of Accelerate/DeepSpeed or similar.
• •Experience building data pipelines and reproducible experiments.
• •Familiarity with MLflow/ClearML.
• •Understanding of RAG, retrieval, tool-calling, agents.
• •Experience with hallucinations and quality degradation.
• •Skills in quality assessment (metrics, error analysis, ablations).
• •Domain knowledge in medicine/biomedicine is a plus.
• •Experience with RLHF, DPO, alignment, safety evaluation.
• •Data production output (vLLM), latency/cost optimization.
• •Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring.
