We create end-to-end solutions for leading companies like Mastercard, Arsenal FC, Coinbase, OpenSea, and Shopify. From brand identities and interactive platforms to on-chain experiences.
What you'll do
- •Lead brand projects starting with research, including trends and competitor analysis and identifying whitespace opportunities.
- •Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.
- •Establish design systems, style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography.
- •Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews.
- •Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion.
- •Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, presentations, etc.
- •A user-centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
- •Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP.
- •Strong leadership and teamwork skills — the ability to work with Design Directors and Creative Directors, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas clearly.
