What you'll do
- •Build and lead a dedicated team of Security Engineers.

Requirements
- •15+ years of experience in security engineering.
- •5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech.
- •Hands-on expertise in AI security and understanding of risks from LLMs and AI workflows.
- •Expert-level knowledge of security architecture in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- •Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
- •Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC).
- •Demonstrated expertise in IT security, including endpoint protection and IAM.
- •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- •Proven experience leading and building high-performing security teams.
