Description
What you'll do
- •Define the strategic roadmap for MoonPay Institutional, working closely with the business head and senior leadership to prioritize the initiatives that create the most commercial leverage
- •Lead high-value partnership negotiations and deal structures with institutional clients and financial infrastructure providers
- •Translate market signals and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations that shape product direction and go-to-market strategy
- •Drive execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Engineering, holding each workstream to a high standard of delivery
- •Identify white space opportunities in the institutional crypto market and develop the business case to pursue them

Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or a senior commercial role within financial services or crypto
- •Deep familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including custody, prime brokerage, OTC, tokenization, or funds infrastructure
- •Experience structuring complex, multi-party deals and seeing them through to close
- •A track record of building something measurable from a position of real accountability
- •Ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level without losing quality at either
- •Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
