## What you'll do

• •Own end-to-end logistics for internal offsites, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• •Support execution of external events including conferences and partner activations.
• •Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• •Build and manage timelines and event logistics.
• •Oversee attendee communications and guest experience.
• •Track budgets and post-event reconciliation.
• •Support speaker logistics and sponsorship deliverables.
