Description
Responsibilities
- •Partnering with business leaders to understand their financial needs and challenges
- •Managing the Oracle PR process, including monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests
- •Collaborating closely with multiple teams in the headquarters in Israel, including FP&A, Accounting and Bookkeeping departments
- •Preparing and analyzing forecasts monthly
- •Executing month close processes, including preparing accrual run, reconciliations and analysis of Budget vs Actual performance
- •Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
- •Contributing to the timely, complete, accurate and consistent preparation of monthly ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- •Contributing to optimization of the existing FP&A processes
- •Participating in the annual budgeting process

Requirements
- •Educational and professional background as a Financial Analyst
- •Professional experience working in the finance team of a global company
- •Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
- •Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including Google spreadsheets and slides
- •Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present ideas to different departments
- •Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
- •Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- •Understanding of the high level of accuracy needed for the role, and executing with exceptional attention to detail
- •Highly motivated and proactive individual, showing initiative to improve processes
- •Strong verbal and written English skills
- •Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Knowledge of EPM Oracle is an advantage
