Responsibilities
- •Design and deliver robust backend services, frontend UI components, data models, messaging systems, and API specifications across the studio’s game platform.
- •Take a leading role in architectural discussions and technology research.
- •Translate complex functional requirements into precise, elegant technical designs.
- •Write high-quality, well-documented code with performance, reliability, and testability as non-negotiable standards.
- •Work within and actively champion a test-driven development culture.
- •Lead thorough peer code reviews that raise engineering standards across the team.
- •Act as a technical reference point for less experienced engineers.
- •Proactively identify technical debt, architectural risks, and opportunities to improve platform quality.
- •Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with a high degree of autonomy.
- •Work closely with QA analysts, product stakeholders, and fellow engineers.
- •Contribute to the identification and implementation of process and automation improvements.
- •Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of work, issues, and progress using project management tooling.

Requirements
- •4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer or in an equivalent senior role.
- •Solid backend development experience in PHP, Python, or a comparable server-side language.

- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to software quality.
- •Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
