Overview
Magnit is looking for a Senior Fullstack Tester with strong Python skills to join their team. The role involves testing APIs, mobile applications, and working with various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- •Work with DevTools (Elements, Console, Network, Application)
- •Test REST APIs using Postman and Swagger
- •Work with Unix console
- •Test integrations via Kafka UI / RabbitMQ Management / Offset Explorer
- •View and analyze server logs in Kibana / OpenSearch, etc.
- •Write medium complexity SQL queries (DBMS - PostgreSQL, send queries via DBeaver)
- •Test mobile applications on emulators (Android Studio) and real devices
- •Write API tests checking response structure, statuses, business logic
- •Apply Pytest — parameterization, fixtures, plugins, hooks
- •Use httpx or requests for HTTP interaction with APIs
- •Work with Playwright for web interface automation (UI tests, scenarios)
Requirements
- •Commercial experience in software testing for at least 4 years and experience in test automation for at least 2 years
- •Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes
- •Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams
- •Skills in reading and analyzing technical documentation, logs, DTO
- •Ability to create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
- •Experience testing web and mobile applications (Android) is a plus
- •Experience testing high-load systems
- •Experience with Docker
- •Knowledge of CI/CD
