What you'll do
- •Take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
- •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
- •Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies.
- •Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- •Collaborate with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- •Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
- •Support employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB initiatives.
- •Ensure compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.
