Clarivate is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Belgrade, Serbia, for a full-time hybrid role to implement key HR processes and support talent development strategies.

## What you'll do

• •Implement key HR processes such as performance management and talent management.
• •Support talent development strategies, including succession planning and DEI.
• •Advise business leaders on organizational structure and people management.
• •Participate in building effective and scalable organizational structures.
• •Work with HR data and analytics for decision-making.
• •Support and develop key HR initiatives and projects.

• •7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• •Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• •Advanced Excel skills.
