Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to build HR functions from scratch in our international iGaming holding based in Limassol, Cyprus. We are an international iGaming holding, currently searching for an HR Business Partner for one of our brands. This role is for those who love to build rather than maintain.
What you'll do
- •Build HR functions and processes from scratch: onboarding, offboarding, one-to-one, performance review, 360 assessments, and other HR practices.
- •Operational management: work in PeopleForce, control HR documentation, maintain personnel records and financial HR reports.
- •Business partnership: closely work with the recruitment team and Hiring Managers, analyze team workloads, plan hiring, and consult the business on HR matters.
- •Develop the environment: participate in shaping corporate culture and conduct candidate interviews if necessary.
Conditions
- •Format: Work from a modern office in Limassol (Cyprus), no relocation.
- •Employment: Official employment according to Cyprus labor legislation.
- •Schedule: 5/2, flexible start time (08:00 / 09:00 / 10:00).
