What you'll do
- •Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
- •Evaluate and recommend optimal Workday compensation design.
- •Configure compensation grades, salary ranges, and eligibility rules.
- •Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards.
- •Configure and support Workday security for new implementations and acquisitions.
- •Document system configurations and procedures.
- •Partner with the People team to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions.
- •Provide support for additional Workday modules as requested.

- •US employees in major cities: $154,200 – $192,800 USD
- •US employees outside major cities: $138,800 – $173,500 USD
- •Canadian employees: CAD 145,800 – 182,200.
