Senior Human Resources Generalist

TradingView is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a full-time hybrid role in Cyprus.

Responsibilities include payroll management, compliance, immigration processes, and HR administration.

## What you'll do

• •Manage full payroll cycle and benefits with external providers
• •Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws (contracts, terminations, etc.)
• •Oversee immigration processes (visas, work permits)
• •Handle HR administration throughout employee lifecycle
• •Maintain HR database, track metrics, and automate processes (Jira)
• •Conduct HR audits and monitor diversity metrics

• •5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
• •Deep knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and payroll processes
• •Fluent English
• •Attention to detail and experience with confidential information
• •Experience with Jira or automation tools is a plus
