Senior Influence & Affiliate Manager

Novabits is seeking a Senior Influence & Affiliate Manager to lead marketing strategies for their mobile MMO RPG, Riorise.

The role involves managing influencer and affiliate programs to drive product growth.

We are developing Riorise, a mobile MMO RPG that combines open-world, roleplay RP, life simulation, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real-time.

## What you'll do

• •Define and implement global influence and affiliate marketing strategies for product growth.
• •Lead development of paid influencer integrations and affiliate programs.
• •Build and scale an ecosystem of bloggers from top-tier influencers to long-tail community creators.
• •Develop and manage relationships with bloggers on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Kick.
• •Collaborate with analytics to create a data-driven approach: dashboards, forecasting, and channel impact on business metrics.
• •Manage budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.

• •3+ years of experience in influence/affiliate marketing in gamedev.
• •Deep expertise in performance approach: blended ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, incrementality.
• •Practical experience with attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar).
• •Experience building and scaling affiliate or influencer programs from scratch or in active growth stages.
• •Strong network of contacts (agencies, influencers) in LATAM/MENA/SEA regions.
