• •5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs, preferably in E-commerce, Fintech, Telecom, or high-load B2C services;
• •Practical experience interacting with IT infrastructure teams, architecture, and information security;
• •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (DevOps, SysOps, NetOps, QA, Security, Product);
• •Skills in facilitation and decision-making under uncertainty and high pressure;
• •Ability to establish processes that ensure transparency, predictability, and effectiveness in executing technical tasks.
