Senior / Lead Backend Developer

Seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to design and develop .NET services, ensure reliability and security, and manage a team of developers.

## What you'll do

• •Design and develop .NET services, including business logic and payment flows.
• •Ensure reliability through idempotency, retries, deduplication, and failure handling.
• •Ensure security with secret storage, access control, and secure deployment.
• •Integrate external APIs and manage database design and optimization.
• •Enhance performance and scalability through profiling and caching.
• •Manage a team of 2-4 developers, including task distribution and mentoring.
• •Improve development processes, code standards, and CI/CD practices.
• •Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• •Analyze problems and initiate technical improvements.

• •5+ years of experience, with at least 1-2 years as a Tech Lead/Team Lead.
• •Experience in code review and mentoring.
• •Deep knowledge of network protocols and web integrations.
• •Experience with cryptography and data formats.
• •Database design and optimization skills.
• •Experience with microservices and integrations.
• •Reliability under load and observability skills.
• •Containerization and CI/CD experience.
• •Clean code and architecture knowledge.
