Senior/Lead ML Engineer

Sber is seeking a Senior/Lead ML Engineer to manage team workload, develop ML models, and communicate with stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Moscow.

## What you'll do

• •Manage the backlog and team workload.
• •Participate in planning improvements and suggest development paths.
• •Develop the team, control code quality, and enhance ML skills.
• •Analyze data and business processes, assist clients with task formulation.
• •Communicate with clients, IT infrastructure developers, and related project teams.

• •Experience in developing Classic ML models.
• •Skills in backlog management and documentation.
• •Understanding of the full ML project cycle: from hypothesis to production and monitoring.
