Overview

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal aspects of offshore gaming licenses and provide legal support in the iGaming sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal aspects of offshore gaming licenses: obtaining, maintaining compliance, and communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide legal support to payment service providers (PSP), including contract negotiation and compliance issues.
  • Develop, review, and maintain B2C documentation: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC, and other user documents.
  • Prepare, analyze, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and internal legal templates.
  • Conduct legal research and track changes in legislation related to gambling, advertising, data protection, and commercial law.
  • Support marketing and advertising activities, affiliate and partnership programs in compliance with iGaming regulations.
  • Advise internal teams on legal matters and participate in strategic cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the iGaming legal field.
  • Practical experience in obtaining and managing offshore gaming licenses, including direct interaction with licensing authorities.
  • Experience in legal support for PSP, including contract preparation and compliance consultation.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial, contract, and gambling law.
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and B2C documentation.
  • Excellent legal writing skills in English and Russian, English level B2–C1.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail.
  • Independence, proactivity, and readiness to work in a dynamic international environment.
