🔹 Manage the full legal lifecycle of offshore gaming licenses, including obtaining, maintaining, and communicating directly with regulatory authorities. 🔹 Provide legal support for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including contract drafting, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and payment-related legal matters. 🔹 Draft, review, and maintain B2C legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC policies, and other customer-facing documents. 🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documentation. 🔹 Monitor changes in gambling, advertising, commercial, and data protection legislation across multiple jurisdictions. 🔹 Provide legal support for marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, and advertising activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. 🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing legal guidance on strategic business initiatives and day-to-day operations.
