The Group Corporate Strategy team sits at the centre of Entain, supporting the development of the Group's long-term strategy and driving key enterprise-wide initiatives. The team partners closely with senior leadership across business units and functions to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities (including M&A, partnerships, and new ventures), and deliver high-impact strategic projects that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
What you'll do
- •Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through execution alignment
- •Define analytical approaches, integrate diverse inputs, and translate insights into recommendations
- •Shape strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, market entry, and investment opportunities
- •Drive components of the strategic planning process, synthesising inputs into priorities and trade-offs
- •Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, pace, and delivery against strategic objectives
- •Develop materials for senior leadership to support informed decision-making
- •Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development
