What you'll do
- •Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives and their leadership teams on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
- •Drive the vision for how Finance partners with the business by identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.
- •Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear performance expectations and building a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
- •Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.
- •Shape company-wide investment decisions by building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making.
- •Execute regular financial reporting and variance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the CFO's office.
Conditions
- •Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- •Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $201,365—$236,900 USD.
