Description

What you'll do

  • Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency).
  • Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices.
  • Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment.
  • Player coach mentality and ability to lead from the front.
  • Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Based in Eastern or Central time.
