Description
What you'll do
- •Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes.
- •Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience.
- •Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency).
- •Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- •Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks.
- •Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- •Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
- •Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices.
- •Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness.
- •Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools.
Requirements
- •Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment.
- •Player coach mentality and ability to lead from the front.
- •Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling.
- •Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- •Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- •Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- •Based in Eastern or Central time.
