- •Strong technical interest or direct experience in fintech, debt/lending instruments, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products.
- •Proven ability to work with large, complex financial datasets and leverage technology to automate workflows.
- •A "high-ownership" mindset with a track record of driving projects from inception to completion as a self-starter.
- •Excellent communication and translation skills—the ability to clearly articulate complex tax risks and concepts to non-tax stakeholders, leadership, and auditors.
- •Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
- •Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
- •Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
