## What you'll do

• •Lead the design and management of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
• •Own compensation committee deliverables and present insights to senior leadership.
• •Oversee the design and rollout of people programs including performance management and engagement surveys.
• •Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to align processes with business priorities.
• •Lead HR systems improvements and reporting.
• •Monitor people metrics and build dashboards for executives.

• •Experience overseeing a wide range of HR programs.
