## What you'll do
- •Lead the design and management of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
- •Own compensation committee deliverables and present insights to senior leadership.
- •Oversee the design and rollout of people programs including performance management and engagement surveys.
- •Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to align processes with business priorities.
- •Lead HR systems improvements and reporting.
- •Monitor people metrics and build dashboards for executives.
