Senior Marketing Analyst

Join a profitable gaming product company as a Senior Marketing Analyst, owning the analytics of the entire marketing function and influencing strategic decisions. We are a large and profitable product in the field of selling gaming items. We work with a multimillion audience, strong international revenue, and high transaction frequency. Our team consists of 100+ specialists from 8+ countries. We are currently launching new product directions and scaling marketing.

• •You become the owner of analytics for the entire marketing function — from paid traffic to influence, organic, CRM, and partner channels.
• •You influence the strengthening of the funnel integrity, attribution, and effectiveness of the channel mix that the marketing strategy relies on.
• •Analytics influences budget allocation between channels and serves as a tool for strategic decisions, not just a service 'by request'.
• •Participation in strategic planning: where we grow, which channel we scale, which we cut.

• •Experience as a marketing analyst / data analyst / BI developer / data engineer.
• •Experience with performance marketing and at least one other channel.
• •Experience in building end-to-end funnels and/or attribution models.
• •Strong SQL — mandatory.
• •Google BigQuery.
• •Understanding of performance marketing and channel mix operations.
• •Attribution models and calculation of promo code effectiveness.
• •BI tools: Metabase / Redash / Superset.
• •Python.
• •Data extraction tools: airbyte, dlt.

• •Experience implementing AI tools in the analytics framework.
• •Experience in gaming / digital goods / marketplaces.
• •Experience building data marts and warehouses from scratch.
• •Participation in strategic discussions at the CMO / Head of Marketing level.
