Responsibilities
- •Build and scale organic/external acquisition channels
- •Launch campaigns with influencers, streamers, and reviewers
- •Develop the affiliate direction and partnerships
- •Work on product SEO/ASO
- •Manage PR and presence in industry media
- •Analyze channel effectiveness and optimize investments
- •Coordinate internal teams and external contractors
Conditions
- •Remote work, full-time
- •Schedule: 10:00–19:00 (Cyprus), Mon–Fri
- •English from B1 (Intermediate+)
- •Motivation: fixed salary + KPI bonus after the probation period.
Requirements
- •Experience in a Casino-first project (not betting-first or mixed)
- •Experience in the Russian market
- •Expertise in organic acquisition and external activities: redirects from cinema/streaming sites, influencers, streamers, shorts, reviewers, sponsorship events
- •Understanding of affiliate marketing
- •SEO / ASO knowledge
- •PR, industry media, reputation management
