Description

What you'll do

  • Optimize Hubspot Strategy for full funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science’s marketing operations & insights function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth.
  • Standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification and other workflows.
  • Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, and other key conversion metrics.
  • Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company.
  • Manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders.
  • Balance long-term projects with day to day changes and demands across a dynamic go to market organization.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points.
  • Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation / Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must.
  • Attention to detail is your way of life.
