Responsibilities
- •Lead project streams for monitoring development from idea to measurable results in metrics.
- •Improve alert quality: implement new alerts, eliminate noise, analyze chains in major incidents.
- •Monitor team SLA/SLO and highlight deviations before they become problems.
- •Develop monitoring tools and documentation for faster and more accurate team work.
- •Participate in team life: onboard newcomers, conduct technical interviews, lead meetings in the absence of the team lead.
Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in monitoring, SRE, or DevOps, including 24/7 shift work.
- •Strong knowledge of Linux: understand system metrics, networking, processes, CPU/RAM/disk resources, and troubleshoot production issues at the host and application level.
- •Familiarity with monitoring systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, including writing and optimizing queries in Graphite and Prometheus.
- •Understand how microservices function in production and use Git as a basic tool.
- •Ability to lead streams: decompose tasks, be responsible for metrics, and drive results.
