Seeking a Senior Operations Manager for an international iGaming product to optimize operational processes and coordinate cross-functional teams. We are an international iGaming product operating in Tier-1 markets (AU, DE, UK).
What you'll do
- •Manage operational activities of the product and optimize business processes.
- •Coordinate the work of Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Analytics, Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams.
- •Control key processes: payments, bonus system, CRM, KYC/AML, Antifraud, VIP, and Loyalty.
- •Formulate business requirements and set tasks for the development team.
- •Participate in launching new GEOs, payment solutions, and internal tools.
- •Conduct UAT, control the quality of releases, and participate in incident analysis.
