Overview
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to ensure operational stability in our iGaming product and improve team interactions.
What you'll do
- •Ensure stability of key BAU processes: payments, bonuses, KYC, game availability, and other critical user scenarios
- •Own the Incident Management process: determine criticality, coordinate resolution, and control follow-up actions
- •Build interactions between Product, Development, Support, Retention, Content, and other teams
- •Ensure operational readiness of new features and integrations before launch
- •Identify systemic issues, risks, and weaknesses and initiate their resolution
- •Define and control operational metrics, SLA, and escalation rules
- •Optimize and automate processes, reducing manual work and recurring errors
