• •Oversee smooth daily operations across the suite of TradFi products, in line with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• •Develop, maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect industry best practices and improve operational efficiency.
• •Establish and implement operational risk management procedures to mitigate operational and market risks.
• •Process equities corporate actions accurately and on time.
• •Own reconciliation between the company and its clearing brokers, including break investigation and escalation.
• •Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support new product launches and workflow design.
