Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขOwn core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
  • โ€ขSupport managers and employees on performance management and employee relations
  • โ€ขWork with EOR providers and contractors across multiple jurisdictions, navigating the complexity of a multi-country European workforce
  • โ€ขCollaborate with Finance on contractor and payroll-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • โ€ขDesign and document scalable HR workflows, replacing manual processes with structured, AI-assisted solutions
  • โ€ขBuild and maintain people ops tooling and automations, including integrations with HiBob, Notion, Slack, and other internal systems
  • โ€ขIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency โ€” and then actually build them

Requirements

  • โ€ข5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a tech company (SaaS, fintech, or similar)
  • โ€ขProven experience in a scale-up or startup environment โ€” you know what it means to build processes, not just run them
  • โ€ขStrong understanding of European employment complexity: multi-country workforces, EOR models, and contractor management
  • โ€ขDemonstrated ability to work in a fully remote, async-first team
  • โ€ขExceptional attention to detail and a sharp sense for numbers
  • โ€ขStrong sense of ownership: you spot a problem, you solve it, you document it
  • โ€ขComfortable using AI tools to draft, research, and build โ€” and excited to keep pushing that further
  • โ€ขPrevious experience on larger organizations (~1kโ€“5k employees) is a plus
  • โ€ขExposure to payroll processes or payroll provider management is a plus
