## What you'll do
- •Cloud architecture and infrastructure as code
- •CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release quality gates
- •Security controls embedded across the SDLC — not bolted on after
- •Observability that informs real decisions
- •Incident response, runbooks, and post-mortems
- •Architecture health and technical debt — identifying it, documenting it, driving resolution
- •Disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements
- •5+ years running production cloud systems in startup or scale-up environments
- •Strong fundamentals: networking, distributed systems, infrastructure economics
- •Hands-on with infrastructure as code and major cloud platforms
- •Comfortable owning incident response end to end
- •Experience embedding security into pipelines, not after them
- •Opinionated — and able to defend your opinions clearly
- •Blockchain or DeFi experience is a plus
- •Strong systems thinking is required
