## What you'll do

• •Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
• •Own the end-to-end user journey, from initial ideation and prototyping to usability testing and final production
• •Make a complex domain like Web3 simple to use and understand for Web2 users
• •Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
• •Actively look for and leverage data to help make informed design decisions
• •Work cross-functionally with product management and engineering to help define and execute the product roadmap
• •Design web and mobile experiences that are simple, accessible, and highly functional
• •Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide constructive feedback

• •4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience
• •Strong understanding of problem-solving before jumping into solutions
• •Serious about data-driven design and evidence-based solutions
• •Curious, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail
• •Experience working in a cross-functional team setting and fast-paced environment
• •Interest in crypto and financial products
• •Open-minded and able to apply AI tools to improve design workflow
